Working Principle

The operating principle consists of three interconnected stages:

Efficient melting

– Natural gas or other fuel is combusted inside the furnace chamber, and the released heat is transferred primarily by radiation to the crucible.The heat passes through the crucible wall to the charge, raising its temperature until it melts.

Regenerative energy saving

– This is the key technology of the furnace. It recovers heat from the high-temperature exhaust gases (typically over 500°C) that would otherwise be wasted, using regenerative media. Through a direction-switching device, the hot flue gases and combustion air alternately flow through the regenerator, storing and releasing heat. This preheats the combustion air and significantly reduces fuel consumption.

Convenient tapping

– After melting is completed, a hydraulic system drives the furnace body to rotate about its axis, allowing the molten metal in the crucible to be poured out precisely and smoothly.
