CASTING EQUIPMENT TYPES

ALUMINUM INGOT CASTIMG MACHINE

  • This equipment is widely used in manufacturers of aluminum alloy ingots and zinc alloy ingots. It has the characteristics of automatic distribution of aluminum water, adjustable casting speed, automatic ingot demolding, high production efficiency, uniform weight of aluminum ingots, no size and smooth surface.

STACKING ROBOT

  • It is driven by the servo motor, with low running noise, stable operation, low failure rate and high palletizing accuracy.
  • The work efficiency is high, which is 3-5 times that of the traditional ingot stacking equipment, which can realize the simultaneous ingot stacking of more than two casting machines, saving user costs.

THE SAME LEVEL HOT TOPCASTING MOLD

  • This equipment is a kind of wide-section mold, which is used for vertical casting of hot top surface of aluminum; it is cooled by circulating cooling water in contact with it, and the bottom is drawn by an ingot matrix, thereby casting aluminum rods of standard cross-section.
  • The mold can be cast with round or square bars.

HOMOGENEOUS FURNACE

  • Effectively eliminate residual stress in the aluminum rod and reduce segregation.
  • Operating temperature: ≤ 582℃ ± 5℃ .
  • Circulation fan, three-dimensional transportation aluminum rod.
  • Using PLC + touch screen control, remote maintenance and technical upgrades are possible.

ALUMINUM INGOT CASTIMG MACHINE

  • This equipment is widely used in manufacturers of aluminum alloy ingots and zinc alloy ingots. It has the characteristics of automatic distribution of aluminum water, adjustable casting speed, automatic ingot demolding, high production efficiency, uniform weight of aluminum ingots, no size and smooth surface.
  • The casting process has a high degree of automation and low labor intensity. The casting mold uses nodular cast iron and has a long service life.

  • It can be used reliably in the environment temperature of -25℃ -50℃ and the environment of dust and oil mist.
