01 Who is he? — The “living fossil” of China’s aluminium processing industry
Chairman Wang Zitao, born in 1940, graduated from Central South Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (now Central South University) with a major in aluminium processing in 1962. He was a practical technical veteran who started by pulling a big rake on a melting and casting furnace and held a slag knife on a casting machine.
01 The founder of aluminium processing in Guangdong:
In 1982, he was sent to Guangdong from Northeast Light Alloy Co., LTD. (Factory 101) and brought the most advanced melting and casting technology in the country to Guangdong, laying the foundation for the quality of melting and casting in Guangdong as a major aluminium processing province in the country.
02 Core technology innovator:
In 1977, he was the first in China to test and produce “aluminum-titanium-boron wire”, and was the first to introduce and promote the American Wagstaff hot top casting technology, training the first batch of hot top casting production workers in China.
03 Industry Platform builder:
After retirement, he founded the Lw Aluminum Processing Technology Center and held seven consecutive “Lw Profile Technology (International) Forums”, writing a total of 1,562 papers, an important bridge for China’s aluminum processing industry to communicate with the international community.

During the visit to our company’s production workshop and R&D center, Chairman Wang Zitao and his delegation learned in detail about the latest achievements of Guangdong Juchen Equipment in recent years in the fields of recycled aluminum melting equipment, aluminum processing automation equipment, etc.

01 Composite combustion system – a dual breakthrough in energy conservation and environmental protection:
Our newly developed composite combustion system innovatively combines the advantages of regenerative and diffusion combustion systems:
Uniform heating: Two burners burn alternately in the furnace, allowing the entire melting furnace to heat up rapidly while being heated evenly, automatically switching to “low-temperature heat storage, high-temperature diffusion” mode to prevent local overheating.
Significant energy savings: Compared to traditional systems, it can reduce energy consumption by 5%-20%, significantly lowering energy costs.
ultra-low emissions: nitrogen oxide emissions can be stably controlled at < 100mg/Nm³, in line with national emission policy requirements.
The combustion system can flexibly adapt to different melting requirements, providing a powerful weapon for aluminum processing enterprises to achieve “energy conservation and carbon reduction, green production”.
02 Double-chamber side-well furnace – Water output rate is two percentage points higher:
Under the same raw material conditions, our double-chamber side-well furnace shows a significant advantage in metal yield:
Higher output rate: the output rate is two percentage points higher than that of ordinary melting furnaces.
Significant value: for an aluminum processing enterprise with continuous production, every one percentage point increase is a real benefit. A two-percentage-point increase means lower metal burn loss and higher resource utilization.
