In late September, boxes marked with “Juchen Equipment” were delivered to various departments one after another. From the R&D center to the production workshop, from the administrative office to the sales team, what everyone received was not just mooncakes, but the company’s concern for its employees: “Knowing that you often work overtime for the project schedule, I hope this sweetness will allow you to taste the flavor of reunion before the festival.” Considering that some of the external construction teams were busy at the project site and couldn’t return to the company to collect the gift boxes in order to ensure the schedule, the administration also counted the delivery information of everyone in advance and sent this small care to them by express delivery. From the company to the construction site, boxes of mooncakes connect the good intentions of all Juchen people. This sweetness is both sweet on the tip of the tongue and warm the heart. Those who won the prize cheered and those who didn’t laughed and teased each other. The most exciting part was the riddle-guessing game, from poems and allusions to folk anecdotes, where everyone was competing to answer, and employees who answered correctly could receive gift packs of snacks, with applause and laughter rising and falling.
